What a week it’s been! After going through Cleveland and crossing into Pennsylvania a few days ago, the terrain changed again on us; we went from flat cornfields to beautiful, rolling high hills, and are back into national forests. We’ve continued to meet some wonderful people along the way, and have had the pleasure of having some guest appearances to change up our daily groundhog routine. In Cleveland we had dinner with our good friend Dan Moreland from PCT Magazine and then we met up with an SUDC family the next night in Pennsylvania. Both nights were wonderful and inspiring, and we are so grateful to have been able to meet up with them.
On Friday Dr. David Hime, one of Bobby’s best friends from childhood, flew in from Austin to spend a few meals and full day with the crew, and he definitely got the full experience! Below is a recap of Dr. Hime’s trip:
Back to the normal grind on Sunday, the boys are continuing to trek through the ups and downs in Pennsylvania and have completed over 3,000 miles! With only 4 days left, we are in the final stretch and are doing everything we can to continue to raise awareness and funds these last few days.Thank you again to all our families, friends, co-workers, and strangers we’ve met along the way who continue to support us. If you have not yet donated to the causes, please consider donating! 100% of your donation will go towards the two charities.

I am so sorry I will not be able to be with you as you ride into NY. I am on my charity ride following you 90 miles to the south riding outside of Pittsburgh back to NJ for the Anchor House Ride for Runaways. Wrote about you guys in my blog and put up your website. Finish strong and it sounds like the trip is everything you wanted it to be and more. Finish strong!!!
